Cinnamon Overnight Oats with Pistachios
and Fresh Fruit

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 cup milk or water of choice

1 heaping teaspoon of Chia Seeds

2 tablespoons of shelled pistachios, or

2 chopped Pistachio Chewy Bites

1/2 cup fresh berries (or any fruit)

1/2 tbsp of cinnamon

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a small Mason jar or Pyrex container,
mix and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. Enjoy!
