Pistachio Chewy Bite Mummies

Yields 6 Mummies

Ingredients:

1 package Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites (6 pieces)
 

Ingredients:

1 ½ tablespoons vegan butter, softened

2-3 teaspoons un-sweetened almond milk

1 ½ cups organic powdered sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash sea salt

Googly eyes or candy buttons, for decoration
 

Directions:

For icing, add butter, creamer, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a bowl and whisk until uniform. Add to pastry bag fitted with straight tip.

 

Frost each Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bite in a zigzag pattern, leaving room for eyes. Let frosting harden and add eyes with extra frosting.
