Pistachio Chewy Bite Plum Porridge

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk (reserve half)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Pink Himalayan salt

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 serving of collagen peptides
     

Topped with:

  • 2 Pistachio Chewy Bites

  • Almond butter

  • Flaked coconut

  • Hemp seeds

 

Directions:

  1. Cook oats with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup almond milk, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and cinnamon until thick and all of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in 1 serving of collagen peptides until dissolved. Transfer to serving bowl.
     

  2. In the same pot used to cook oats, heat up the remainder of the almond milk. Once hot, pour over the oats in the bowl.
     

  3. Top the porridge off with 2 cut up pistachio chewy bites, flaked coconut, almond butter, and hemp seeds as desired.
