Pistachio Chewy Bites Plums
Stuffed Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

  • Cut acorn squash in half & coat with coconut oil & cinnamon. Roast at 425 degrees F until soft, about 30 minutes.
     

  • Remove from oven & let cool for about 5 minutes. Fill the inside of the squash with yogurt of choice.
     

  • Add some Pistachio Chewy Bite pieces on top along with any other toppings desired. (Pictured is kiwi, peanut butter, hemp hearts, chia seeds, & shredded coconut).
