Pistachio Chewy Bites Plums
Stuffed Acorn Squash
Ingredients:

Cut acorn squash in half & coat with coconut oil & cinnamon. Roast at 425 degrees F until soft, about 30 minutes.

Remove from oven & let cool for about 5 minutes. Fill the inside of the squash with yogurt of choice.

Add some Pistachio Chewy Bite pieces on top along with any other toppings desired. (Pictured is kiwi, peanut butter, hemp hearts, chia seeds, & shredded coconut).
