Blueberry Bliss Smoothie Bowl
Yields 1 bowl
2 bananas, peeled
2 tablespoons organic blueberries, frozen
1 teaspoon blue spirulina
2 tablespoons un-sweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon shredded coconut
½ teaspoon chia seeds
1 Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bite, diced
3 edible flowers
Dash pink pitaya powder *Optional for garnish
Break banana into large pieces and freeze 2 hours to overnight. Freeze blueberries.
In a high-powered blender, add frozen bananas and almond milk. Blend until smooth and uniform. Add blue spirulina and blend until mixture turns blue. Set aside.
Gently smooth mixture into a bowl and top with blueberries, coconut, chia seeds, Pistachio Chewy Bite pieces, and flowers and pink pitaya if desired. Serve immediately.
