Pistachio Chewy Bite Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:

6 Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites

4-5 fresh strawberries, sliced into fourths

1 can non-dairy whipped cream

1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder, for dusting

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for dusting

Directions:

Roughly chop Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites and with damp hands press into 4 3-inch circles, using circular molds or a cookie cutter. Set aside on wax paper or a plate.

Place two circles on a plate and squeeze a ring of whipped cream on the edge of the circle. Fill with sliced strawberries and top with additional Pistachio Chewy Bite circle. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and additional slice of strawberry.

Sprinkle tops with cocoa powder and cinnamon. Serve immediately..
